1.General Aspects
1.1  The legal relationship between MAT (Modular Assembly Technology) )and purchaser shall be determined by the following conditions and any additional terms agreed between the contracting parties, if any.
1.2  Changes and amendments to our terms and conditions of sales have to be made in writing. By placing purchase order the buyer confirms his agreement with these terms.

2. Products
2.1  The products of MAT are referred to what we advertised in website and catalogues. Generally speaking, we don’t produce products according to buyer’s drawing, we sell only what are present in catalogue.
2.2  We sell aluminum profile per meter, the standard length of profile is 5800mm to suit for a 20 feet small container, accessories per pcs/unit/set and bars accordingly.

3.1 Generally, the price subject to our General Price List.
3.2 We have no MOQ for our new customers, however a surcharge of USD80 will apply for all orders less than USD1000. 
3.3 Trade terms we prefer are FCA, FOB, CFR and CIF. 
3.4 Terms of payment we accept are T/T and Irrevocable L/C at sight, T/T preferred.
3.5 Standard delivery length is 5800mm per bar, and 10% scrap or machining cost of profile value will be charged if cutting, drilling etc needed (The price will be charged individually if special machining or other non-standard processing needed ).

4. Samples
4.1 We can offer some typical samples in a reasonable quantity shown on our catalogue for free. However the freight of the samples will be paid by the buyer. And the express cost will be deducted from your first trial order if you finally agreed with our terms of conditions.
4.2 Or the buyer could use their own express account like TNT, FedEx, UPS, DHL etc. or prepaid the freight subject to the following charges in your state:

Our Payment Account will be subject to the related invoice.

4.3 The necessary information have to be offered like detailed mailing address, post code, contact, and phone number.

5. Port of Loading 
5.1 If there is no special requirements, Dalian will be the port of shipment;  if we were required to load the goods in any other Chinese port, the inland transportation fee will be added in the contract and we will take no responsible for all troubles not caused by our products during the custom clearance.

6. Delivery
The delivery time is from 3 to 15 days according to the product and the volume ordered.
The final delivery time should subject to the quotation or proforma invoice both parties issued.

7. Others
7.1 Unexhausted details should be subject to general international commercial practice recognized in PRC.
